I spoke to Joyce who was very responsive and helped us with our carpet replacement and installation. The fact that we had purchased a carpet and we requested only installation, she was flexible enough to accommodate our installation only. Many installers will hesitate or up charge for just install. In addition, she was aware of hour tight schedule. Joyce gave us a call to informed us to work around the schedule and complete the job 2 days before scheduled installation.
