We went with Floor Craft LLC for two major house projects. Our main floor and upstairs carpet. Ian guided us every step of the way. He was quick to respond to emails and phone calls if we had any questions. Who they contract with to install the LVP on our main floor and our carpets were amazing. They were all kind, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend Floor Craft for your home needs. Our floors and carpet are beautiful!!! Great material and exactly what we asked for. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We replaced the carpet in our entire upstairs and the stairway. Floor craft, specifically Jerry, worked with us to get the carpet we wanted although they didn't carry the style in their store. This is a great family owned local business and we like to support local when possible. The installers worked almost 12 hours to complete a big job. They didn't stop working all day. They moved our big furniture and were very careful and professional at all times! Great team! I highly recommend this company and the installers. Thank you, Jerry for your help!

So we had FloorCraft do two major projects for us: a complex stair and bedroom carpeting project, and a very large basement tile project. Ian and Dru and their teams were excellent. The results were amazing, and the communication and customer service was top rate! Everything from selection, pricing / estimate, scheduling, through installation and clean up was superb. We would highly recommend them to anyone and when / if we have additional flooring needs we will certainly use them again.

Ian and Mark worked with me to replace the wall to wall carpet that existed in the space that I rented to open my new veterinary practice. The floor is so beautiful, and we are all so happy with the final result! The install team spent quite a bit of extra time prepping the floors when the concrete under the carpet turned out to be not in great shape so that the sheet vinyl would lay flat and look seamless! I will continue to support this locally owned business and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks!

Everything about our recent experience with Floor Craft was flawless. Ian welcomed us in the showroom, gave us some help browsing our options, and facilitated our carpet choice for our master bedroom. The carpet arrived just a few weeks later, and the installation is absolutely superb. The installers were knowledgable, friendly, hard working, thorough and precise.
