I can't say enough good things about Floor and Decor, especially Andrea. They are consistently professional and incredibly helpful. Whenever I can't be there, I feel completely confident that my clients are in the best hands, treated with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Andrea and also the Pro Team always go above and beyond to assist us, showing great patience and offering fantastic ideas. I'm a professional in the construction industry. I think most people that go to floor and decor don't know what they want. Mostly they go there for ideas, which is fine, I just don't know if they leave their any smarter than they came. This is still a big box store. Sometimes the right professional is a little hard to find. When you do get to the right person, they are knowledgeable and can lead you through the process to find exactly what you need. An advantage to being a big box store is the network. They have shipped in items from other stores when they ran out of what I needed. All in all this is my go to place for flooring.

Initial experience with Hannah was great (ONLY reason for the 3 stars). But it was all downhill after that. Encountered two salesmen who really didn’t want to help me (even knowing Hannah wasn’t there because they asked other employees). And the installation company they use has 3 phone #’s; the 877 # answered but told me my questions needed to be directed to the estimator. The other 2 #’s no one answered AND there were no professional business messages. Is the company even legit?!? Customers are also expected to order all the materials (even when using their install company) and make sure it’s picked up, though they’ll deliver for an exorbitant extra fee. Absolutely DO NOT recommend them if you’re a regular person who simply wants new flooring installed in their home.

We didn't have a good experience here. We came in and bought a few pieces of sample tile and took them home to decide which one looks best. After we picked one we liked we returned, two weeks later, to order 1,700 square feet. When we went to order we realized the price had come up significantly (about an extra $1,000). We asked if they would honor the price from 2 weeks ago and they said as long as we had a picture, we did, they would honor it. Then a DM came up and said they wouldn't honor it and the price had gone up because of tariffs. In the middle of me responding he turned around and walked away. Both myself and the regular employee were shocked. I returned the samples and ordered tile made in Texas from another store. We will never be back here.
