If you can go here for what you need instead of Lowe's and Home Depot, do it! Within moments of stepping inside, Michelle introduced herself and asked if we need help. We agreed and she walked around with us and took us to the types of tile we were looking for. She scanned and logged out all in on the spot and the order was ready for us when we got to the register. We never had to aimlessly wander and never had to lift a tile. It was awesome. Jayden was friendly and rang us up and we were gone.

We came here to buy flooring and ended up waiting over three hours just to get the material loaded onto our truck. My husband even went inside to ask, and they admitted they had forgotten about him. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. A purchase that should have been simple turned into a long, exhausting wait. If you value your time, be prepared for serious delays. Bad costumer service. Writing this review while we are still waiting.

The ideal tile destination! They offer top-notch service with a highly capable staff. They provide free design services which can be conveniently scheduled online or through a phone call, and they also accept walk-ins. Their extensive selection of tiles, marble, vanities, and more seems limitless, though it can be a bit overwhelming. Thankfully, their staff, particularly the designers, can guide you through the process once you provide your square footage. I'll definitely be returning!

Not impressed with the customer service. I spent $1,177.49 at this location and had to return an item for $61.91. When I walked in to make the return, not a single greeting, no “hello,” no “how’s your day”—just “this amount will go back on your card.” That was it. No thank you, no acknowledgment, nothing. I’m not expecting red carpet treatment, but basic courtesy and professionalism go a long way. Disappointing experience.

Great selection of tiles for your bathroom back splashes, reasonably good selection of tile flooring, surprisingly poor selection of other flooring options. (Or perhaps I just wasnt finding what I wanted.) But the store is *extremely* messy and disorganized when you're trying to match up the display item with an item to purchase in particular. We did not interact with staff beyond checkout. The cashier was fine, as we were only buying a few samples. But we were at an area with a lot of very small (hand sized) flooring samples, that were in pocket shelves along a wall and the larger, apx 2.5 ft square, samples were hanging on the walls around us.
