It’s always fun to shop at floor and decor, but this time it was extraordinary after working with Connie. We were remodeling our fireplace and my daughter told me to work with a design consultant at F&D. I had the good fortune of dealing with Connie. I showed her a picture of the existing fireplace and said I needed help selecting new tile. She knew exactly what she thought would look good. She was so professional and patient with me. She put together the order of everything the contractor would need. I would never have been able to select the right tile and perfectly match the grout and caulking. Even the contractor (who has installed tons of fireplaces) commented on what an incredible design job she did. Thank you F&D for having such a wonderful employee. Every new employee should shadow

Price and options were great. We are renovating our bathroom and they had just what we needed. In addition to great selection, the cashier Steve was very kind to us as well as the customers behind us. They were a bit older and although it says no parking in front of the door he let them know they can pull up to the doors and an associate will load the items for them. We will be going back to get the rest of the times for our renovation.

Kenyon did a fantastic job helping me pick out tile for my family room, wanted to tell him thank you very much for his assistance and patience today. Highly recommend this store.

I have renovated two bathrooms and a kitchen so far. I am continuing to renovate my home, and have been so lucky to have found Connie to be my designer! Connie is patient, kind and really fun to work with! Connie knows the products and is an expert designer. She is so helpful with designing a room to look modern, timeless and beautiful. She has helped me with every decision including tile, grout, Schluter and all the materials necessary for the job. She even helped me with other design decisions I had to make to ensure a cohesive room design, She has great relationships with the staff and helps to provide a wonderful experience for her customers. I am continuing to renovate and remodel other areas. Connie will continue to be my designer. She goes above and beyond what is required

Floor and Decor has a D- rating with the BBB and my experience with a claim certainly bears that out. I purchased a vanity from the Arvada store and they supplied the incorrect size backlash with it. You have to email them to get a resolution and the amount of stupid in that process makes me think I'll probably have to sue them to get the correct size backsplash. Save yourself the grief and don't shop there.
