I had an outstanding experience at Floor & Decor in Boynton Beach, and I want to specifically recognize Edwin for his exceptional service. I already knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in, but he made the entire process incredibly easy. He was attentive, efficient, and extremely professional, making sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. It’s rare to come across someone who is both highly professional and genuinely helpful without being pushy, and Edwin absolutely stands out in that regard. His attitude and efficiency made the visit seamless from start to finish. If you’re looking for tile or flooring, I highly recommend making the drive to the Boynton Beach location and asking for Edwin. Ana S. Is a Jewel- she made our tile selection effortless! She made picking out our tile effortless and fun. Honestly, I felt like I had my own personal interior designer! From helping us choose the perfect WOW wall to the complementary wall and the matching flooring, she really brought our vision together. I thought this process would be stressful, but Ana made it such a joy. If you go to the location off Gateway—hint hint—ask for Ana!

NY Mike (assistant manager)went above and beyond to find a discontinued tile for me. I had called the store (I live several hours away) in hopes they would have the only box left in the state of Florida. Since it was a clearance item and the store showed very few in stock, its location was unknown. This did not deter Mike from saying he would do a thorough search and call me back. Within an hour, he returned my call to say he had found my tile. He could have easily dismissed my request, but instead went to great lengths to help. Amazing customer service and responsiveness. Thanks so much, Mike!

A serious issue in the store in 1974 a brow my attention today. I saw a men pushing his wife in the shopping car around the store due to they didn’t have the handicap car. This needs to get fixed ASAP.

Floor and Decor in Boynton Beach has a great selection of product and great people with a wealth of expertise. Special mention to Bob, Claudia and Willie Allen, they went above and beyond for me and my family making the process to buy and load our floor easy and smooth.
