We had a GREAT experience with Floor and Decor in cedar park. Pickup- smooth, easy, kind/friendly help Returns- smooth, easy, kind/friendly assistance. What I want to elaborate on is the design team, specifically Madison!! I went in knowing what I wanted, but could not complete the detail look. I know I was confusing in how I explained my vision, but somehow Madison was able to interpret my chaos and help me see the calm! She was kind, friendly, and was not a pushy salesman at all! I’m a very happy customer, I would have been because of the service, Madison is why I’m writing a review! We purchased all tile, grout, and mortar

I had a great experience with the design services. Style McCalpin was extremely helpful. Helped me put the finishing touches on my design to make it cohesive - even helped with grout recommendations which I thought was above and beyond. Really loving all the tile I picked out from Floor & Decor

My mom and I spent at least 3 hours picking and selecting different materials for my new home. Jack assisted us along the way and he was absolutely incredible. I will always come back to this store if I need anything additional for my house.

Outstanding experience at Floor & Decor! Alfonso and Alondra were absolutely fantastic—extremely professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all our questions, offered great guidance, and made everything easy and stress-free. On top of that, the pricing was excellent. My husband and I went to Floor and Decor to get ready for our new Backsplash. Rosie was wonderful. She gave us a very fair price and the installation was smooth. Highly recommend for all of your flooring. We have also scheduled some new tile for our daughter's home in Killeen.
