I first spoke with Mike who is with Ocotillo flooring services. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I then was greeted by a sales specialist Elizabeth. She was very friendly and was able to speed up my check out process in aisle. It’s nice to go to a place that has friendly knowledgeable staff. As a business owner time is money and Floor and Decor helped me save time.

Elizabeth greeted us right away and was friendly and knowledgeable throughout our visit. We really appreciated her insight into the different laminate wood options for our project and how clearly she explained the various quality levels. She also helped us understand the liner that goes beneath the tile and how the options differ, which was very helpful. We appreciated her availability and the time she took to make sure we felt confident in our choices.

So excited to have a floor and decor closer to our home! Store is situated conveniently off the 202. It is well laid out and has plenty of selection including "models" so you can envision your next project. They also have a pro-desk area tucked away on the right side of the store for contractors. We look forward to coming back for future projects. PS start selling these adorable mini-buckets.

I had an amazing experience working with Lucas today. I spent nearly three hours picking out tile for my home, and he was incredibly patient the entire time. Never rushed me once. He was super informative, helped me make confident decisions on the right tile and the right pricing, and really took the time to walk me through every detail. He even went above and beyond explaining the options for the exterior tile, which helped me feel fully educated before making my choices. His customer service truly felt five-star I honestly felt taken care of from start to finish. I can’t appreciate him enough.
