Greg Rogers was extremely professional and help. He knows his products and was the best at helping me put my last project together. So so appreciative. Chasity has also helped me through this remodel adventure .

Greg in Design was amazing. We were there to learn about engineered hardwoods and Greg spent time with us to help us understand the different products. He was very helpful in assisting in us narrowing down the right floor so we could bring home some samples to pick one just right for our project. Appreciated the time he spent with us and he was super personable.

Customer service is everything and when you are standing at the front door and do not speak after being told hello and just look right in your face and say nothing is insane.I refuse to spend money here. Then the woman proceeded to speak to every one else that walks in after I called her out on it the lack of Customer service is trash quit your job if you hate it here.me and my family left immediately left.

Latoya and Marquise were amazing willing to help make sure my new floors were secured and wrapped so it won't get wet, since it was raining. thanks team floor and decor.
