I had a fantastic experience. I am not a very good decorator or designer so I was fearful to go pick out tile and overwhelmed when I saw how big the store was. There were so many options. Luckily, Bianca greeted me at the door and she was ready to hep me. She was fantastic. She was so helpful and so knowledgeable. She helped me figure out what I liked and made it so easy. I really would not have been able to navigate any of it without someone like her to give me direction. The store was well laid out, clean and neat. So many options!!!! I would definitely recommend this store and ask for Bianca!! 😊 This is the tile I picked for my shower.

My husband and I had a great experience at Floor & Decor while purchasing flooring for our closet to complete items on our contractor request list. Garrett Branscome was incredibly patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through our options and made the process easy. His female manager helped us finalize our order on March 9, 2026 and was excellent — professional, efficient, and very helpful. Wonderful customer service and a great selection. Highly recommend this location for flooring projects.

Entering the store, everyone was friendly. Even with minutes til closing, I didnt feel rushed. In fact, Garrett and Bianca were a step-in for my husband and sister, since I was shopping by myself. They were very knowledgeable about the materials and made suggestions that just made sense. I didnt feel at all frowned upon because I was looking at the markdown items. They welcomed it and no pressure at all. Again, everyone was very friendly - but these 2 stood out because I feel they went above and beyond. Yes, they're doing their job - but Im telling you, it was a great experience. How many times have ypu came across someone who willingly applied for a job, let alone a customer service job or retail - but you wonder why did they even apply!?! Like they are doing you a favor!?! Nope. Not here

I cannot say enough great things about Bianca. She spent almost 2 hours with me picking tile that could be used for a centerpiece and picture frame design for flooring in two different rooms. Not only did she check stock on each one but she also checked other stores. She helped me go through measurements and that was no easy task in odd shaped rooms going around cabinets. She has the patience of a saint. The best customer service I have had in a long time! Thank you!

I can’t say enough about how helpful Bianca was during our visit to Floor & Decor. From the start, she took the time to understand our style and budget and made thoughtful, spot-on suggestions for both floor and wall tile. We clearly laid out our price range, and she was very respectful of it, working hard to find options that fit our budget and our vision without ever making us feel pressured to spend more. Bianca was incredibly patient (even as we walked the same aisle multiple times!), courteous, attentive, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Her guidance made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel manageable and even enjoyable. Her assistance was truly appreciated, and we’re grateful for the excellent customer service she provided.
