On 1/21/2026 I came to pick up some tile for Laurman Construction located in Loma Linda, Ca. The Downey store is pretty big. And I spoke to Ashley, she was very helpful. She answered all my questions. She was just a pleasure to speak with. She's a keeper!!!! Great customer service. R.Soto-LCC

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon at the Floor & Decor in Downey, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He truly went above and beyond in helping me with my selection process, making sure I considered all the right details and felt confident about my choices. Not only did he guide me through all the options with genuine honesty and care, but he also helped me load everything into my car with the most positive attitude imaginable. If I owned a company myself, I’d hire Brandon ten times over. His customer service skills and his uplifting spirit are absolutely top-notch. You can really tell he’s a genuinely good-hearted person, and it shines through in the way he treats customers. Floor & Decor is lucky to have him on the team!

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Floor & Decor was so frustrating that I feel people deserve a warning. There were hardly any staff around to help, and the few employees I could find looked overwhelmed and uninterested. I waited forever just to speak to someone at the customer service desk, only to be told to “check aisle ___” like I hadn’t already spent 30 minutes wandering around. The checkout lines were ridiculous — only one or two cashiers for an entire store full of customers. For a company this big, you’d expect at least decent quality control and some kind of organization, but this location is a complete mess. Between the poor product quality, the lack of available staff, and the long wait times, I’ll never shop here again. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere t

Ivanna Over at the pro Desk was so kind and Helpful! They called my client whom I’m picking the order from, made the whole process seem less and fast. No wonder the company I work for prefers working with this business! We buy and flip properties all around Los Angeles and I’d imaging that floor & decor has been there all along providing their amazing service and great product!
