Had the best experience with a wonderful young man named Mark whom works here. He saw me struggling with the tile and offered to help me put it in my car. He refused to take a tip. You are lucky to have this man working for you.

A large store with tons of options in regards to flooring and tiles. We stopped in with our contractor to look for options for our bathroom renovation. You can find just about anything imaginable. The staff was extremely helpful.

We just completed a flooring project in our new home and had a 5 star experience first time using Floor and Decor. The staff at F&D were very helpful: Amanda is a gem, Marshall walked us through what we needed with a great attitude and professionalism, (plus he was totally prepared for our appointment since we followed someone else's advice to make an appointment ahead of time which we too recommend), Cara and Justin were very patient with us(!), plus GianCarlo, (spelling?), a great guy who delivered all the supplies as promised. We used Installation Made Easy through F&D , we were referred to Goodhouse Flooring and they did an excellent job too in the time frame we wanted; it was all completed yesterday. My husband just called and said he returned the unopened boxes of flooring back to F&

Great prices on flooring and materials! Services and organization is definitely lacking, they could not accept check & I waited over 30 minutes for my truck to be loaded with materials I bought! unloading a tractor trailer, and somebody else getting loaded, who called in a order became more prioritized than my order in store, enough time to write the review while waiting

Again Floor and decor is an amazing store. It’s my second time at this location and I got excellent service once again. This time it was by Amanda. She assisted me in exchanging tiles since I accidentally ordered the wrong one. And then offered me grout options. I didn’t realize they sell it and thought I would have to go to a different store. She directed me over to Christian who gave me some recommendations on the color to match the tiles I have purchased. After reviewing other colors the ones he recommended was indeed the best option and was able to make my decision quickly because of him. I would definitely recommend others to check this place out.
