Fern Park, Fl location has excellent customer service. I was greeted immediately and asked how I could be assisted. Guerschom was very helpful and patient assisting me with heavy travertine. He not only took the items to the cash register for me, but also loaded my vehicle. Start to finish it was a great experience. I would absolutely return for future purchases.

I came in to buy materials for my first home project and I was so overwhelmed. Eric found me staring at tile and offered me assistance. He was so helpful in walking me up and down the aisles, showing me options within my color palette, answering all my questions and just making the experience so stress-free. He was so patient at my indecision and didn’t rush me through the process. Marisel at checkout also helped make sure I got what I needed. So happy with my experience

They staff have been very friendly and helpful in helping me make choices find the products we needed very lots of patients. Im great to all especially Raul, Debbie & Rick that have gone out of there way to help us every time we come in this store.
