Stopped by on our way home to NC where we'll be getting hit by a bad ice storm in the next 48hrs. We were badly in need of a large generator, but with limited space in our car (think a weeks worth of luggage & kids), we had quite an impossible ask. Every worker that came to assist us in this mission was AMAZING. They were completely sympathetic to our situation, didn't hesitate to measure each generator, came with us to the car to measure the trunk, helped us get the accessories we needed, loaded it....the whole shabang. && Jerry from customer service was not only helpful & sweet, but he kept my 7 year old son entertained & happy during our long stint in the store. Rental side. I work and rent equipment across the United States. This is THE FIRST location that has asked me for my vehicle registration,insurance card(Not a copy) and my driver's license. I needed a small trencher. I don't mind my ID and my credit card,but you aren't going to get the rest for a trencher. Not an excavator, not a skid steer,not a tractor..... a trencher. Rent from Sunbelt or United or any local spot.

I have to brag about Natosha S! I had a MAJOR issue at the Lowe’s outlet store in orlando and was dealing with a manager who was less than helpful so I kept calling customer care to get assistance and kept getting stuck with “agents” who could not comprehend what I was asking for or were not willing to do the research to assist me. After requesting a manager about 5-6 times, the “agent” transferred me back to the outlet store where I then called customer care again for the 4th time and demanded to speak to a manager and some how, my call was routed to Natosha at the Fern Park store. She was nothing but a DELIGHT and SO helpful! All I wanted was a partial refund on the delivery fee as one of the item’s I received arrived with a shattered/missing shelf and the manager at the outlet store was

Jose in the tool rental really helped me out with my tile saw rental. He was very professional and helpful. It’s good to know you have such great employees. He made the difference in me choosing to continue to rent tools and equipment from Lowes Fern Park.

Boo poor lady working trying to explain why they are putting out big sale signs under items not on sale yet, nearly making you pay double. Her managers would not honor the price, because there was fine print that's say the sale is for a later date in tiny letters. She was so sweet and took it right off, but the managers acknowledged the signs were staying up for when it occurs in the future. Be careful not to pay double and check your receipts before for you leave, it may not be on sale,yet... per the fine print! Lol 10 bucks is 10 bucks.
