I had a great experience at Floor & Decor in Fullerton, CA thanks to Enrique. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while assisting me with my purchase. What really stood out was his excellent attitude and willingness to go above and beyond — he even helped me load the heavy items into my car without hesitation. It’s rare to find someone so professional and genuinely helpful. Enrique made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit this location!

I got a condo and was doing a lot of remodeling and upgrades to the place..I didn’t want to be all over the place with the colors and styles so I made an appt online , the day of my appt Irma helped me out ..I had pictures of some ideas and she was able to guide me and recommend some nice stuff that was within budget. Thanks Irma !

Abby greeted me kindly and eagerly then quickly found a designer available to help without an appointment. Irma G. Looked at my photos and listened attentively to my budget and schedule constraints. She showed me several options that met my needs, then quickly put together a complete package that exceeded all expectations. Very pleased. Excellent work all around.

I had the most wonderful experience at Floor Decor Fullerton. Abby was helping with the design for our bathroom, she has great taste and so helpful. Then I got lucky and met Jim, the manager, and he’s very knowledgable and thorough with his products in laminate and vinyl flooring. Highly recommend this place, because as a newbie, i came out of this store a lot more knowledgable, and very happy.

They have a great selection of tiles and flooring, which are well displayed. Customer service is a hit or miss. Some are very friendly, and the others by yhw cash register don’t want to be bothered. All in all, it’s good enough for me to come back.
