Floor & Decor

Floor & Decor is mostly a bathroom remodeling source. They have a pretty large warehouse space with modestly priced marble-look porcelain and patterned marble tile. While there is a lot of both in the warehouse, not so much slab marble although there's a display of vanity countertops available for custom cutting/fitting. The selection of Vanities is somewhat limited, not the best quality. Oddly, they don't appear to have sinks, at least not in the warehouse.

I had an excellent customer service experience with Ade and Ernesto. From the moment I arrived, they were both very professional, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. They took the time to listen to my needs, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure everything was handled smoothly.

We decided to renovate our bathroom. Got all the tile from Floor & Decor. The staff there was very helpful each time we went in to get more supplies. Very knowledgeable too! Highly recommend.

I came to floor deco to exchange one of the 5 bags I bought because it wasn’t the right size and the manager was pretty rude and told me he couldn’t exchange it because it was open !! I got all bag from the same place ??? Is the first time I see this manager he told me he was the manager ??? And other person came and he was acting rude to him too I have the picture ??? He is very rude CHINEMEREN HE SHOULD TAKE SOME CLASSES TO BE BETTER MANAGER WITH EVERYONE MAYBE BECAUSE IM HISPANIC??? Probably??? And woman ???

We worked with Jennyfer and she was absolutely amazing. Super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. She walked us through our options without making it overwhelming, and her suggestions really pulled everything together. You can tell she knows her stuff and cares about getting it right.
