We had a great experience at Floor & Decor in Greenwood, Indiana. We were wandering around when Michael asked if we needed help. We said yes! Michael explained about the different types of tiles that are used for kitchen backsplashes, the upkeep of the backsplash, how much tile was needed, the supplies needed, how much extra was needed for matching of the design, etc. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all our questions. We ended up buying some beautiful glass mosaic tile and all the supplies to go with it. Our contractor gave us the name of a tile person who came out and put up the tile. The backsplash is beautiful! A big thank you to Michael and the Floor & Decor team in Greenwood!

I bought 56 ​​boxes of tile. They loaded the boxes onto my trailer. The contractor installed them, and after it was finished, we noticed that many pieces didn't match in color. I went back to the store and have been trying to resolve the problem for eight days, but they just keep saying "we'll call you back," and they never do. I respond to emails, and they take two days to reply. I've already shown them proof that the tile has a manufacturing defect, and they don't want to take responsibility. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Very friendly and helpful. They have really nice displays that show you what a bigger section of the flooring looks like instead of just small random parts of it. Definitely going back to get the flooring we decide on.

Michel’Lay was outstanding! I haven't experienced customer service like that in years! She asked us if we needed help, she knowledgeably answered all of our questions, helped us make selections, even putting samples together, loaded our cart and helped load it in the car! We went in to buy grout and decided to purchase everything because of her. She was also just fun!
