My home needed new flooring after a water heater break. Dave at Floor Decor was part of the water restoration team. He gave me his personal attention and expertise in helping me pick out my new flooring. It’s been five weeks since the completion and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re in the area, use them. I live in greater Palm Springs and they still came all the way out here!

My wife and I want to thank Steve and Donna for the help in getting a great crew to come in and install our new LVP flooring through Costco. The guys did an excellent job! They were professional and hard workers. It took only three days to do the entire house . There was an issue with our MB toilet after new LVP flooring was installed. When toilet was removed, it was set to original tile height and new flooring was short by 1/2” We noticed leakage and toilet was wobbly. We contacted Donna the owner of Floor Decor and she ordered porcelain planks that closely matched LVP as the rest of the house for toilet area to accommodate toilet flange. Problem is now solved. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from everyone at Floor Decor. From the beginning Dave was so attentive and helpful. He was able to come out within days to give us an estimate for our flooring project. His estimate was comparable to others I obtained. He was able to start the project in reasonable time (we ordered flooring that was not supplied locally). We were so happy with the results that we decided to go with him to replace the floor and backsplash in our kitchen. Carlos, the tile installer, did such an awesome job. The design of the backsplash was not easy to work with, but WOW! Carlos outdid himself, his attention to detail really made a difference.
