One of my best experiences visiting this store. From entering the store and being welcomed by Patty's warm introduction all the way to Sameit phenomenal customer service skills. He helped me with each question I had, from offering matching product all the way to giving me several different options to choose from. He helped me intermittently throughout the 45 minutes I was there. From pulling up product information on his scan device all the way to showing me different areas of the store and going into thorough details about product durability. Joe one of the service managers was also extremely helpful as he was going through the product floor giving me some alternative options as well. Frank was so incredibly helpful! He even spent some time with me going over grout selection that would pair well with the tile I selected. Frank also loaded all the tile for me the whole time with a smile on his face. The store was organized and easy to navigate. Desiree at the check out was kind and speedy quick checking me out. It sure is nice finding people who enjoy their jobs and are willing to go out of their way to assist without being asked. Top-notch service!

The staff is wonderful. The guys on the floor are helpful and courteous. The women at the front are a wealth of knowledge. The choices of products and prices were better by far than Home Depot or Lowe's. These are professionals and know their craft. What a pleasure. We will be back. They even load your truck up at the end of your purchase.

Victoria and John were amazing to work with! They were professional, reliable, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and dedication really showed in the quality of their work. Everything was done on time and exceeded my expectations. Wanted to replace worn carpet in my bedroom. Went to Floor and Decor to pick something wonderful. Had a great salesman and a good experience. Absolutely love the floor! Especially how well it matches with the tile that was already there that it is up against.
