It took me about a month to finally decide on which tiles I wanted to purchase, and within that month I made several trips to the Lancaster, CA store. This morning I purchased the tiles I have been dreaming about, and received excellent customer service. I was assisted by the most amazing girl squad EVER!! Samantha took my order, Kit provided the experience and knowledge to assist with inputting my order, Mercedes rang up my order, and Max was willing to answer all my dumb questions about her piercings! Seriously, I greatly enjoyed having a knowledgeable, professional, friendly and welcoming girl squad help me. Thank you Floor & Decor for having a wonderful Diva Girl Squad!!!

Drove an hour away to come to this Floor & Decor location. The store is very well organized and has easy parking. Kaitlyn was very helpful and ensured that we got everything we needed. The customer service was excellent here!
