Great customer service! Dustin, the store manager, took the time to walk me through my entire purchase, carefully calculating everything, checking that all the tiles were intact, and even taping the boxes before loading them into my truck. Jessica was amazing as well—she truly went the extra mile in helping me select perfectly matching paint colors. I really appreciated their attention to detail and helpfulness! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

STAY FAR AWAY! Sells products with obvious defects. Ignored most defective product when I tried to return them (see pics) and said they "looked fine". Said to claim the warranty. Many pieces are not "square" resulting in large gaps between pieces (see pics) even after tapping etc.

Outstanding Design Help & True Relief I came into Floor & Decor completely frustrated and exhausted after spending hours in multiple tile stores trying to select tile for three bathrooms and a pool bath—with no clear decisions made. Kimberly C. completely turned the experience around. In about 30 minutes, she put together a cohesive plan that immediately made sense. She quickly understood my style, budget, and the level of quality I was aiming for, and her selections were thoughtful, balanced, and beautiful. Kimberly has excellent taste and a true eye for detail and pattern mixing—everything she suggested felt classic, sophisticated, and well considered, not trendy or overwhelming. The relief I felt walking out with confident decisions cannot be overstated.

I came in today to purchase materials for a walk in shower and really had no idea what all I needed. Dustin came up to me offering assistance and helped me figure out everything that I needed. He was very patient and knowledgeable! He even pushed around my buggy for me while we were asked around the store. Definitely recommend this place and ask for Dustin!!
