⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ask for Hector — You Won’t Regret It! I came in for a kitchen project and had such a positive experience thanks to Hector. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my selections. I never felt rushed, and he truly cared about helping me find the right fit for my space. Because of Hector, I’ll definitely be coming back for my basement project. Great customer service makes all the difference, and he absolutely delivered!

I ordered tile to be shipped from Maple Grove to Phx, AZ due to a particular tile becoming discontinued and it was a seamless process. AJ was extremely great to work with to get the order set up! When some of the tile arrived broken, AJ as well as a manager took care of me to make sure I had enough to finish the flooring job in my home! Honestly some of the best customer service I have experienced! These guys go above and beyond!

Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! It was my first time doing a project that needed flooring and after going to Menards, Home Depot AND Lowes, Floor & Decor was not only the last place I ended up at, but the one that had everything I needed. I can't thank them enough for all of their expertise, HIGHLY recommend!!

AJ, the store manager, is phenomenal, and you can feel his leadership in the entire team. It’s refreshing to walk into a place where people genuinely care and actually want to help. Huge shout-out to Christine at checkout for being warm, patient, and fast. My wife walked out smiling and said, “Why can’t every store be like this?” Honestly, same. Floor & Decor Maple Grove has earned my loyalty.
