I had a great experience at Floor & Decor! The store was clean, organized, and had a huge selection of beautiful flooring and tile options. What really made my visit stand out was the staff — everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in assisting me. They answered my questions, guided me through the options, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even though the store has mixed reviews, my experience was excellent. Great products, fair prices, and fantastic customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great customer service. Was greeted at the door and was asked by 2 other friendly employees if I needed assistance while I was shopping. The tile and flooring selection was great. So many good ones to chose from. Will be back for sure once I've decided.

Very large selection. Reasonable prices. Super excited about my new laminate flooring!! FYI they only have hard flooring no carpet. LOL.

After 3 months of searching other options in the valley, I decided to work with Floor & Decor. I found the designer Karen to be especially helpful and she worked both with me to select tile and product, and interfaced nicely with my installer (who also enjoyed working with them). Both Karen (designer) and her assistant on the floor (Braedon) and Kirt (pro-sales manager) went over and beyond to help me get everything I need to get my project started!

Great selection of tile, flooring, stone veneer. The best part is affordable and transparent pricing.
