Today, Elizia helped me find the exact mortar and correct size of transition rails. I was impressed when she loaded my 50lb. bag of Mortar and found the best color for the grout. Additionally, I remember her help picking the ideal backsplash (seasalt) back in Aug. when my wife was picking backsplash and grout. Thank goodness for good help.

I had a great experience, I will shop there for all my home repairs. Jesus, was such a pleasure to work with very knowledgeable took me to everything I needed loaded everything on the cart for me and loaded everything in my truck. He was very polite and helpful, and in these times we are in it's hard to find good help like him.

ELIZA is the best design specialist at this location!! Today was about my 5th time coming in to meet with her. I made purchases each time. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. If you need assistance with choosing design options definitely ask for her!! Excellent customer service at this location!! All of the front cashiers also, Aldrina was the best!!

There’s a customer service representative cashier named Joy,, long hair. She’s very beautiful and she has the best customer service skills ever., Joy is a great example of how customer service looks or should look, and you can learn a lot from her. She needs to be acknowledged and recognized for her hospitality.

I always have a good experience at Floor and Decor in Metairie. The ladies checking me out are always friendly. Yesterday I had a gentleman named Kevin who went the extra mile lending me his grout samples so i could make sure when choosing my floor tile it was the best match. Then he not only loaded the mortar for me but made sure to let me know he could help with loading my truck. Well I needed help loading the tile then loading it all in my truck. He was so nice and friendly. If I owned a store I would want to hire him bc he makes the customer feels their business is greatly appreciated 👏
