Amazing Service and Great Product Variety! My experience at Floor & Decor was absolutely fantastic! I want to give a special thanks to Ahmad, one of the employees. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the products. I was a bit hesitant about shopping without an interior designer, but with Ahmad's guidance, I found exactly what I was looking for. The store has an impressive variety of products. I have found Floor and Decor to be the best place in the area for materials and tools. The building is large and clean with a huge assortment of tile and vinyl plank in stock. They also have the popular installation products in stock. It seems that I'm always shopping them last because that's when the client ends up finding what the want. Plus, I can pick it up that day, and they load it into the truck.

Return 🥲 ! Im giving 1 star ⭐️ because of the service attitude of the cashier , staff here . especially the cashier and another man. I bought almost everything for remodel my entire house renovation from this store, and I even traveled a long way to come here. When I had a few boxes of tiles left over, I brought them back to return. The staff were not welcoming at all—their faces looked gloomy, with no smiles or friendly . On top of that, they refused to take back a box that was slightly damaged. If you want to return something here, the box has to be 100% perfectly intact, which is unrealistic when renovating a house, since cement and other materials can easily leave some wear. The product was clearly unused, but they still refused the return. In the end, they only accepted three boxes
