Very helpful staff. Happy to be offered a few free samples as a GC—takes a couple extra steps off my plate (accounting/billing/data entry) for a very minor purchase (the samples) and more likely to purchase from them given smooth transactions and deliveries in the past!

Kaitlyn and Gabe helped me today. I have NEVER had a better experience at any store of any kind. Kailyn knew just what I was after and exactly what other things I would need. And Gabe got everything loaded perfectly for me! A wonderful shopping trip! I am telling everyone about the great service at Mooresville Floor and Decor.

Nice, spacious place. Good lighting. Smiling employees. Lots of choices. I bought some tiles for my exterior foyer and picked up the same day. Strongly recommend.

I am working with Miyah at Floor and Decor in Mooresville, NC and if I could give 100 stars, I would. She has been amazing in every way, from following up, to doing exactly what she says and going above to create a great experience. She is a problem solver, has made herself accessible and is always pleasant to talk to. I have been in business for forty years and have purchased millions of dollars in supplies. I cannot say enough great things about the service we received from Michael on the Pro desk at Floor & Decor in Mooresville, NC. This store carries fabulous products and we love the outcome of our new 3/4 inch hardwood floor throughout our residential home. But what made the whole experience so positive and pleasant is the outstanding service we received from Michael and his team on the Pro desk. We could not have asked for a better experience.
