We are redoing our shower and found an incredible marble mosaic for the floor! I went to purchase they were out of stock! Fabio Perez was working with me and spent almost 2 hours with me checking stock in 5 different stores as well as shipping costs! His professional manner combined with his knowledge and patience made the whole experience stress free for me when he knew I designed the entire bathroom around that tile! He offered helpful suggestions, which I took! Fabio is an incredible asset to your company. Thank you Fabio!

We shopped for tile yesterday for our daughter who is remodeling her bathroom. We were extremely lucky to have Russell approach us with his unbelievable knowledge and suggestions. With his valuable assistance, we were able to pick out all the tile for her. His suggestions were superb! Our daughter loved everything and will place her order this week. We highly recommend Floors & Decor to anyone renovating. Ask for Russell at the Murrells Inlet store!! You will not be disappointed.

We had excellent customer service at this Floor & Decor. We have remodeled three bathrooms and got all of our tile here. They have a wonderful selection of tile, grout, and supplies here. We also oredered a beautiful vanity from here. Not only do they have a great selection of products but they have wonderful people there to help. We were in a time crunch to get things we needed and Corina worked diligently to get things done. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. This Floor & Decor is outstanding!

Don Fidura at Floor & Decor is exceptional. We are in the middle of building out a restaurant and had a lot of tile decisions to make. Don took his time, was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly listened to what we were trying to achieve. He didn’t just sell us tile, he explained what worked, what was a good value, and what would hold up in a commercial space. He even picked a tile I wasn’t sure about in the showroom, but once installed, it ended up being perfect for our design. Don truly goes above and beyond, and Floor & Decor is lucky to have him. Highly recommend working with him.

From the moment I walked into the Murrells Inlet SC store i felt appreciated. I was greeted by the cashier. I was helped by Brian, Don, Shae & Rachel who in my opinion are excellent employees. I had no idea how much stuff I was needing but they all helped me in a way to get what i wanted. They have an excellent selection of tiles & had everything i needed to redo my shower. Can't wait to see the finsh product. Jayson was great @ loading up my suv & got me on my way. Nothing fell over, he did a great job. They were not pushy salesperson.
