⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Miranda ⭐ (if that) for the loading team We recently purchased tile flooring from Floor & Decor in Nashua, NH, and I want to recognize Miranda for her outstanding customer service. She was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire purchase process. When we went to pick up the tile and saw the pickup line was about 30 minutes long, she even offered to help load my car herself — which says a lot about her work ethic and commitment to customers. Unfortunately, the experience changed at pickup. Someone came out without the product and told me it was “too heavy” for my vehicle and wanted to check my load rating. I purchased 19 boxes of NUCORE LVP flooring less than 3 yrs ago. After less than one year the floor showed visible signs of wear, the finish wore off at certain areas and dulled. It is only 2 slender adults (not body shaming, saying it for reference) and 2 small dogs (under 18 lbs each) who reside in the home, also we take our shoes off at home. We contacted them and submitted a claim due to their "lifetime residential warranty". We submitted the required paperwork and several photos of the flooring over the course of a few weeks, as it went back and forth. Eventually we were told to hire a flooring inspector at our own expense which would run several hundreds of dollars. Picked out some tile for the bathroom the other day. I went not expecting to find everything that day. With the help of Emma I was able to get the entire set up. She helped with the design process and walked the store with me to make sure I had everything I needed to complete the project. I parked around the side and they brought everything out and with the help of George never had to carry a thing even when I offered. What an awesome team. Wonderful experience from start to finish! Great selection of unique tile and finishes. On a recent visit, we needed an exchange and the team made the process quick and seamless. Jardin was amazing. On three separate occasions he assisted me with tile and was very knowledgeable. Great employee. ALSO Mira checked me out of the store and was also very friendly and accomodatong.
