I recently purchased a vanity from Floor & Decor and had such a great experience! The kindest people work there. Harsh was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made everything so easy. They even helped load the heavy vanity into my truck, which I truly appreciated. The store is also so fun to shop, with clearance finds all throughout.

The nicest people work here! Always so helpful. Curtis was especially helpful and jovial. No one pressures you to go above your budget , nor do they laugh at you when you come back everyday for 3 days because what you thought would match doesn’t in the light of your own home. One should be mindful the lighting in the store is NOT friendly, take samples home and test in natural and overhead lighting. A great experience for a novice like me.

Charles was super friendly and attentive. His talent as a designer helped us decide on a direction and scheme for our bathrooms. We are grateful that your store offers talented individuals- makes all the difference!

A tremendous amount of thanks goes to one of your employees who works at the Floor & Decor in Ocean Township. The employee’s name was Hector ( I’m sorry I don’t know his last name) who was working this Sunday evening? Both my wife and I had chosen a color of grout and were looking for that color In 50 pound bags. Little did we know that that particular color was only available in 25 pound bags and smaller ones. Hector was extremely patient throughout this entire ordeal as we were asking him to look for alternative colors in 50 pound bags. All this was going on while the store was about to close for the evening. My sincere appreciation goes to Hector for his great customer service and patience in helping us. I would think that management would show their appreciation to him for the work

My husband and I had a very good experience! Hash the sales rep. was very helpful and patient. Also , when we checked out the cashier was also very nice and pleasant ! We will definitely come back ! Thank you guys !
