He took the time to make sure he understood what we were looking for in colors and sizes and fabrications, and was very knowledgeable about all the different options you had available at the store. He is a top-notch great person to work with-very kind and considerate- thumbs up to Rodney.👍

Cristal showed us around and was extremely helpful and informative throughout the process. Mari, the manager, was fantastic in closing out the sale and went above and beyond by offering to store the flooring for a week until we were ready to pick it up. The service was excellent all around—and the Bison burger she recommended at Lazy Dog was a solid win too.

Beware of False Marketing Claims – Avoid Floor & Decor Floor & Decor makes bold claims about product quality but refuses to stand by them when issues arise. Their D- rating and 1.3-star review on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) speak for themselves—countless customers have faced the same unwillingness to accept responsibility for subpar products that fail to meet advertised standards. I purchased Optimax Sapelo Shore planks specifically for their advertised “durability,” a claim made by sales staff, packaging, and in-store comparison displays. However, after installation, I quickly realized the flooring was nowhere near as durable as promised. Various in-store tile selections. I recommend seeing tiles installed with grout in the store rather than looking at just a sample. There are also bathroom hardware in store as well. I came to store just to get a sample but ended up picking my backsplash and floor tiles.
