We purchased several boxes of Indian Creek slate tile. It was nothing like what was advertised. Absolutely no variation as advertised. And now since the boxes are open and we can’t return them. Very misleading and deceptive. Really disappointed. We’ve been long time customers and have spent well over $30,000 at floor and decor. The return policy will make us rethink future purchases. EDIT: Management did reach out to me after I complained. They offered to let us return it but my husband had already started laying the tile by then. So they gave us a 25% discount. We’ve been satisfied with floor and decor products, and the staff has always been helpful, but the return policy is unreasonable (they refuse the return of open boxes of tile) and definitely something they should to rethink.

Mira from the design team went above and beyond to help me with choosing tile for my bathroom. I was very indecisive at times, but through it all she smiled. Honestly I appreciate her so much and also feel bad because I was probably a hassle today. Not just her but all the workers I came across was really nice as well.

Our kitchen flooded so we decided to check this place out for new flooring. We walked in the front door and was amazed by the size and the amount of various products inside. This used to be the old Safeway store in Delta Park. Rico saw us wandering around and asked what we were looking for, took us to that section and we found what we were looking for. They had the color/pattern, the quantity and the price per square foot was unbeatable! Loaded up my truck and now the fun begins.

Big store with lots of options to choose from. Our contractor kept complimenting the quality of the tiles we got from them. Their web site is pretty good too. If you are in need of any tiles, this is a must-visit store. Can't wait for them to open in Beaverton! Great service as well. Special kudos to Sara Anderson, our design consultant. She has always been patient and helpful, throughout our 3-month long project, never complaining about our endless questions. Without her, our remodel would've been much harder,

Had a great experience. Mira was very helpful. Great employee provided me excellent service. Employee that really knew her products well. Patient and kind. The store has so many choices. I will definitely recommend her and store to others. When I do my bathroom next project after kitchen remodeling I will be back.
