I had the pleasure of working with Lana on my bathroom remodel, and I am extremely happy with the results. She was detail-oriented, patient, and confident in her design recommendations. Lana quickly understood my vision and executed it beautifully, creating a space that perfectly reflects my style. I also purchased my tiles and other materials from their store, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Despite her busy schedule, Lana took the time to personally assist me with grout color selection, ensuring every detail was just right. I highly recommend Lana and her team for anyone seeking professional design expertise and high-quality materials.

My experiences at this store have all been very positive. From working with the designers, to the cashiers paying for products to returning some items I did not need. The delivery and pick up staff in the back were also great . The store has a lot of products such as tiles and floors to pick from . I would highly recommend them.

Wow! There wasn't an employee at this location that did not greet and/ or offer assistance as I walked along the various aisles. First time there.. my contractor did not lie about the variety of options available at this store. But, for me, the staff was exceptional. They told me about a decorator within the store who could possibly help me narrow down my choices for my bathroom tiles. She was great! But I must finish with the store manager... Emily! I don't know where she harvests her energy, but she went ABOVE and BEYOND to find items at other locations if it was not available at that location. Then she saw us a few days later and recommended items that we may need that were on clearance! Picked up a few boxes of tiles from there as well, for my floors .I would absolutely recommend Fl

I would like to share with everyone reading this post that Pinaki, the design team supervisor worked with me over a period of about 9 months putting together designs for the house we are building. We had 5 bathrooms and I wanted something very different that my old home - more transitional than traditional and she was able to design rooms as individual as the members of my family. She was patient, gracious, and always was readily available. She even dealt with my builder with aplomb. Her design sense was stellar as was her choice of marble. I highly recommend using her if you are contemplating remodeling or building a new house! Kudos to management for having such a competent staff member!
