On April 9th we purchased some laminate flooring for our house. The sales people were great and explained this was one step below the top level and would be great for our needs. Since it was a close-out product it was non-refundable. We asked for and were assured it is basically indestructible and would be waterproof and pets proof, however during the installation we realized it's a piece of crap system. Just carefully laying the flooring and it has splintered, cracked and shattered like glass. It's very disappointing and every time anyone steps on it you hear the floor cracking. We are going to have to waterproof and seal it ourselves. I called and spoke with management on 4/17/25 and was told its not refundable but to file a claim. Love this place! Great selection! Reasonable prices. What sets this place above the rest is their start. Friendly and helpful. Dustin, especially, was very helpful when we dropped in and needed help with tile transitions. We went home, did exactly what he said to do. Worked perfectly! Big shout-out to him!

Drove all the way from Utah for a specific stone I wanted and no one else had. I called ahead of time to put the stone aside and the staff did it immediately. As soon as I walked in the door the staff was right there to help with the order pick up and help pick out the other things needed for the job! I am extremely impressed with the team and all their help and with a smile on their face!

The products, variety and helpfulness of the staff are first rate. HOWEVER. What's the good of any of that if you can't get the product installed!? Our first experience was ok. The installer did a nice job but left some finishing work undone and never returned. The "all new installation network" is a joke. "Someone will call within 48 hours." It has been 6 days. Crickets. We went elsewhere. Selection was a bit limited. But they do it all.

Annette’s customer service left something to be desired. When I walked up, she was reading a book, and after she checked me out, I asked if they had any bags for all of my items. She seemed put out by the question and was just plain cold in her response. On top of that, they don't have bags available, so I had to carry everything out to my car in my hands. Super annoying, and the experience bugged me enough to write a review, which I don't do often.
