Lowe's Home Improvement

My wife saw this Christmas cactus and fell in love with it. Jeff came over and helped us get it. He also helped us get a Christmas tree. He helped wrap it up and cut off the bottom to make it ready to set up on arrival to our house. Jeff was helpful, friendly and professional. He is a great part of their team and the reason we drove out of our way to go to this store when there is another Lowe's and a few competitors closer to our house. Thanks Jeff! We'll be back.

I am done ever going to Lowe’s again because of one employee, Tony in Riverdale, UT is consistently a terrible “customer service” representative. He never greets you with a smile, he always seems put out when you need help and it’s amazing how condescending he acts given how little he knows when you ask questions. I made one last attempt today to return to Lowe’s instead of Home Depot (it’s significantly closer). His demeanor when I tried to purchase paint was relationship ending. He never acknowledged me when I walked up. When I said I needed to match a sample with touch up paint he just told me that my paint wasn’t a certain type and stared at me like “so what do you want to do about it.” The answer, leave the store immediately and never return.

I’ve always enjoyed my experiences shopping at Lowe’s. The stores are always extremely clean and well organized. The employees at Lowe’s are very friendly, helpful and always willing to take on a task. I took advantage while on my shopping trip today for a few plants to take a lot of pictures to show how clean the store was. I was very pleased. I will always be a customer.

Do not shop here for ANY Holiday items!! They will not take them back. Really, Really crappy unknown return policy and Customer Service. This policy is NOT posted anywhere for shoppers to be aware of. Very unfortunate and misleading. I will not be shopping here any longer. Update: I received a response from Lowes earlier today and was happy to get in touch with them as asked to talk through my experience. When I called the number provided and reached Customer Service the woman on the other end was so rude and could not understand why I would be calling her. Honestly, it didn't surprise me. I am just not impressed with Lowe's or their customer service in any shape or form. I have had other problems in the past with them but have just disregarded it. This treatment that I have receive

Sabrina at Lowes was fantastic about showing me possible locations for an item and also letting me know about several other options I could try. She asked me first if I needed help instead of scooting away like others have at competitor's places when I give them the look of " I need help". This is exactly why I will be a returning customer to this location. Thanks again Sabrina. There were also a couple of other all-stars that helped me along the way. They were all very capable women and I love that. Keep on keeping on!
