The store is okay, but customer service could be better. No one really gives directions or offers help loading your cart, which can be difficult if you have back problems. Sometimes you can find good deals, and it seems like the store manager has flexibility with pricing depending on supply and demand. In some cases, in-store prices are better than online, but other times they’re higher. Honestly, I have mixed feelings about shopping here.

The sales associate Andre Barnes was extremely helpful at the Floor and Decor at the 3rd Ave location in Brooklyn. I came in with my husband and two sons, he was patient, spoke professionally and joked kindly to my older son who has special needs. He even called multiple store locations and came with us back to the front desk twice to try to find corners for a stone selection we wanted. Excellent manners and customer service.

I purchased the NuCore NCRP 7x48 6.5MM MSN Blanc ll, SKU #101063501, vinyl laminated flooring product on 01/04/2024 and 03/08/2024 From Floor and Décor. Using the moisture barrier recommended by the supplier on a 48 year old concrete floor, I had it installed twice by two different contractors in two different occasions thinking that the first contractor didn’t install it properly. Almost three months later the planks started warping and deforming (like a rocker balance) and crackling when stepped on for the second time. My previous attempts to resolve this with Floor and Decor have been met with various technical justifications for denial rather than an acknowledgment of the Lifetime Residential Warranty. Given that this product is marketed for its durability and waterproof rigid core,

Ms Cruz was the most helpful Pro Desk associate I ever experienced at the store. She took the time to walk me thru every single thing I needed for the remodel of my shower. She double checked my list and set me up with some new products that would compliment my job perfectly. At Floor & Devor, She is a Jewel.

Terrible place to pickup at. The order said it was ready. When I got to location, I had to wait 40 minutes for two pieces. You shouldn’t tell me the order is ready when the order isn’t ready. I’ve been to other locations and never had this problem. If you don’t have enough staff to help in the loading area, then hire more people.. stay away from this location. It’s worth going to the other locations To not have to deal with incompetence.
