Spent so much time in here. Made at least 15 trips, buying different samples to pick some flooring. Finally settled on one and wanted to get more planks to lay it out and get a better idea of how it looked. There was only two sample planks at the time, so I just bought a box. If it looked good, I was going to order it. Well 3 of the planks were bowed, and you couldn't even click them together. Went to return them and was denied because it was opened. I walked out, never to return. Ended up getting a Core-Tec Grande Oak Petronas, 100 boxes plus stair treads. Good thing too, as after seeing the Core-Tec, everything F&D sells is rental quality. F&D, you could have just used the open box as more samples lol.

Marcie helped us buy hardwood flooring for our house and was so nice and helpful! We’ve been to all the locations in Sacramento and the location on Delta Shores has the best staff. They also do price match as advertised and I really appreciate that. The new hickory hardwood floors look amazing.

Marcie just spent 20 minutes (maybe longer) with me at the F&D at Delta Shores returning items my contractors never informed me of so I missed the return window. It’s the customer service, patience, and the attention that she gave me that meant so much to me in a time where I rarely see people treat others with respect and kindness. Thank you, Marcie!! We had a very pleasant experience today at the Floor and Decor store at Delta Shores, Sacramento location. The store manager Tyler and Wendy were great to work with. They were very courteous and patient. They answered all our questions and gave us a great price for luxury vinyl flooring. Overall excellent customer service!! Highly recommended store! *****

After I called and sent them a video, they promptly provided me with an entire new faucet as a replacement—no hassle at all. They were very polite and professional throughout the process.”
