I normally go to the East Hartford location but went to this one due to what was in stock. This location is great all around. Everything is organized well and the staff were all very nice and helpful. We talked to Gladys for a bit to get some suggestions with installation supplies/materials. She was super knowledgeable about what we were asking about and helped get us what we needed.

Christian was very professional and helpful. He helped me match a tile that I really liked with so much professionalism. He was patient and took the time to go check multiple tiles for me until we found the right one!

I had such a great experience with Chaneal. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and personable, which made the whole interaction so easy and enjoyable. His positive energy and fun personality stood out and made a real difference. On top of that, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Honestly, Chaneal is amazing, and I’d be happy to work with them again anytime and plan to ask for him directly in the future. He helped me find the product I thought they didn’t have in stock and was very knowledgeable about what we needed to complete this project.

Terrible customer service, the manager had a major attitude and none of the other workers would help assist the gentleman on the fork lift as he was struggling. After spending more than $2,000, having the tiles placed in the van by workers, getting home, and finding numerous boxes of tiles are cracked and shipped. After waiting two hours, the man on the loading dock said “I’ll make you wait as long as I want” when we asked if he could try to hurry up a bit as we had a project to get done - ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. After another ten minutes, we had to call police to get the tiles and you could imagine as soon as we placed the call the started to load the van. I would steer clear from this place at any cost, even if their prices may be fair, you’ll be paying in the end.

I built bathrooms for a living, and this was a hard job for me, but with the help of the store manager and employees i got it done… the manager is a great person to talk to and ask questions about anything you need if he’s available , employees are great to costumers as well. I buy all my materials from this store , tile, mortar, all tools that i need to get the job done.
