As a new Pro Premier Commercial account holder I was unaware that the pro desk is not open on Sundays & these employees (Sara Randall Chad TJ) went ABOVE & BEYOND to not only assist me with finding the correct materials I was looking for and anything I might need to install them but also navigate my new account. It's so refreshing to work with people in the customer service industry that are happy to do their job and our knowledgeable about it! Now let me tell you about the prices/quality/selection- soooo AWESOME!! If you are a residential contractor or homeowner looking to do a remodel or new construction build do yourself a favor and come talk to Sarah or Randall about starting an account and getting the materials you need to make your space beautiful without breaking the bank! My husband and I came to Floor and Decor looking for tile for two bathrooms. We were so impressed with the selection and organization of the store. We were even more impressed with Douglas who spent hours with us helping us pick out tile and made sure we had each and every piece and product we needed to complete the job. He truly was a delight to work with. When we picked up the material an hour later every staff member helping load was so pleasant and helpful. Later that evening we came back to purchase flooring for the rest of our home and the gentleman that helped us was also so helpful and educated us on the luxury vinyl and saved us from buying a product that was not up to our standards. No other place had educated us like that. Again every person that we encountered today was so nice

Edit: just went to pick up my order and every single person was so nice and helpful. Hannah was the designer and helped me edit and add to my orig order. Checking out was easy peasy, (also got a cc car with 18 months no interest) pick up was easy, the counter guys at the pickup desk and the warehouse staff were all so kind. Only name I got was Morgan but they all rocked. I’m a veteran and they also offer 10% to veterans I never knew til I asked. I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Floor & Decor! Moises was an amazing sales associate whose willingness to assist was truly unmatched. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and polite throughout the entire process. Angelica proved to be a fantastic leader and a wonderful example for the staff. She took the time to help me choose the perfect end piece and molding color to beautifully accent the flooring I selected, and her expertise made all the difference. Jason was a delightful cashier who put the final touches on an already wonderful shopping experience with his friendly and professional service.
