Floor & Decor

We are remodeling an older home to be our “forever home”and are basically starting from scratch. From the moment we walked in Floor & Decor we were met by the nicest, most helpful and knowledgable staff. Really took some of the stress away. Not to mention great products and choices.

Noha, at the Temple store, was so amazing!! She helped me finalize my selection of tiles and countertops. Damien, at the register, was so, so welcoming and kind! They were both incredible. A huge blessing to us in helping us get what we needed today. Exceptional service!

Had to have brand new flooring replaced and they made it a living hell to accomplish. Now my 3 month old floor is getting dents in it already from a sofa sitting on it (ridiculous) and no one has called me back with a plan of action. As an active military family we work so hard to have a nice home, they have taken so much of that joy away from us and without a care. Disgusted.

This is Elizabeth Geiger, Lynn's wife. We just finished a bathroom remodel, and the design team was very helpful with their ideas. AndiMae helped me a lot. When I returned the next time, she was not working that day, so Noha stepped up to help. Noha stayed at work longer than her regular hours I know, even though I was not her original client. She really helped me with what I needed and was very kind as well.

Great experience. Amazing employees. Design team went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
