Becka, the designer/sales. Rep. was most helpful supportive and suggestive and helping us complete our purchase we spent $$$ on a wall tile, and just 45 minutes with her. A testament to her knowledge & efficiency. Very thorough and knowledgeable in the planning of our kitchen, wall areas, and we are very pleased deliveries Monday. The customer service we received when we were there deciding on what brick to choose was top notch. Both Colin and Randle went above and beyond helping us by answering our questions and showing us all the material we would need for the job. Also Heather was very polite and helpful with getting our material from the pick up department. I highly recommend this store

You are able to walk around and look without being harassed like in other stores. We ended up spending over an hour looking around before we needed help. At that time, it was easy to find someone to help you. The selection was vast and the pricing was surprisingly reasonable compared to what we saw online with different vendors. It's not close to us but we will be making the drive when we have another project.

Steve is the BEST! This man knows his way around remodeling. Hes not a salesman…. He’s a consultant, which is exactly what I needed. All of the employees there are top-notch! Thank you for making this experience painless and actually enjoyable!!
