I had an excellent experience working with PRO Kylika Wise during our major home renovation and new construction project. She spent many hours helping me thoughtfully select LVP, tile, grout, and coordinating materials for our kitchen and five bathrooms. Kylika is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and detail-oriented. She carefully walked through the options with me and helped ensure every selection worked cohesively with the overall design of the home. Brittany at the Pro Desk is amazing! She offered to help me when no one else was offering help. I was particularly confused, stressed, and overstimulated. She was so calm and helped to set me at ease. She helped me pick samples that complemented each other and even recommended the best grout color. Not only was she helpful in design and checkout, but she also loaded my car. I expressed that I needed help loading my material. After checking me out she went above and beyond to load heavy shower and floor tiles into my vehicle. While she did this, several of her male coworkers were present in the loading area and onlooking. This store is wonderful! We completed a kitchen backsplash project and a fireplace surround in August 2024 using Floor and Decor materials and their partner Installation Made Easy for the labor. They both turned out fantastic! Now we are on to our next project, a bathroom remodel. Marie in the design center was extremely helpful. She helped us select which tiles to use on the shower floor and walls, and she printed and reviewed our project materials list from the labor quote to make sure we had all other materials needed. 100% would recommend this store for all your home renovation projects! Update: Bathroom remodel completed, and we are completely happy with the results!

The store is very clean and well-lit, with the organization of products making it easy to find. Ms. Shania was very helpful in directing us to the aisle we needed to find the tiles we were looking for. She was also helpful in ensuring we received a discount on our purchase. Will definitely return for more home renovation supplies!
