From the warm greeting the moment we walked in, all the way through to the final delivery of our products, these guys went above and beyond every single step of the way. They worked tirelessly to get us the absolute best prices, answered every question with patience and expertise, and truly saw the entire process through with care and dedication. I’m genuinely thrilled with the whole experience and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend anyone to Al and James—they’re the real deal and the only team I’d trust with something this important. First and foremost, the selection and customer service can't be beat! We are downsizing and fully renovating our condo. I booked a design appointment with Miranda and could not be more pleased with her patience and suggestions. She's a gem! Just as incredible is Colton. He's helped us with a custom order, return, and so much more. He's there every time we go into the store and could not be easier to work with. I highly recommend this location for your flooring needs! They have far exceeded every single one of our expectations!

So far we have had excellent customer service from Colten. We are living in another state and trying to make selections best we can to provide to our contractor. He has been sending us pictures via email a as well as responding in a timely fashion to help meet our deadlines. This has greatly decreased the stress of our selection process from afar.
