Went into Floor Depot and was greeted by Jerry, who was super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. He let us take home a few samples so we could see what worked best in our space. I ended up finding the perfect one and came back to order with Travis. He was just as great! He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in my choice. Overall, I’m really happy with the effort and service from both of them. Would definitely recommend this place!

Remember the good old days when you could actually talk to someone who listened and actually knew about the product they were selling? This place will exceed your expectations. They can explain how the different products are manufactured, proper installation and definitely help to match your needs and budget. I dealt with Brent to assist with my selection and installation and Travis completed our order and kept me advised of arrival. My wife and I could not be happier with our new carpet, great price and installation. Our installer Arturo is a true craftsman. You need to stop in and see these folks. After another company was a “no show” I had to find another company super quick! I saw Floor Depot’s info on Next Door and gave them a call. Travis was extremely helpful in helping me out quickly! Regina was amazing in helping me pick out carpet and getting the order in quick so it made the shipment the next day! Everything continued to go very smoothly with Brent’s install team (Design Plus Interiors) and the installers were very nice and left everything in great order! Very happy with our new carpet and would highly recommend Travis and his team! Excellent customer service which can be hard to find in a company these days!
