Worked with Jason to select carpet for our stairs. He found us a quality product that nicely matched adjacent bedrooms. Price was very reasonable. When it came time to install, Jason had us on the schedule within a week. The installer was efficient, clean, and respectful of the freshly-painted walls of the stairwell. I have had bad experiences with previous flooring stores and was not an easy customer. I stopped in and Jason came right up and listened and shared his knowledge and time. I brought home the sample and fellin love with it. Within 1 month a fantastic installer came and we now have vinyl plank flooring that makes our rooms look amazing. This has been a pleasant experience from start to finish. Totally recommend Jason, Dan and Carpet One!!

Outstanding experience working with Jason (sales) and Matt (installer)! Jason diligently spent the time to help us find the perfect floor for our home remodel and made sure we stayed within our budget. He then scheduled our tile removal and floor install with Matt who did a phenomenal job with the challenging angles of our home layout. They helped us to completely transform the entire main level of our home and we couldn't be happier with the outcome!
