Floor Interior Services Fort Myers

They had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The installers did not attach the metal strip between the kitchen and living room. It took a month of calling and calling to get them to return . They kept telling me someone would call me back and most of the time no one did. The finally scheduled it and no one showed up. After many, many calls, it was rescheduled and, again, no one showed up. When the installers finally showed up, they said they never got an order to come back. I would not recommend Floor Interio Services and I would not recommend Lowe's because that is who they use as installers.

I obtained services from FIS this morning through the Lowe’s Installation services and I am so happy with their work. They were able to complete all of our rooms in one day and they look great. They were very professional, honest and truly has been a great experience starting from working with their coordinator with scheduling and the installers. Thank you, will def recommend to others.

They are one of the worse company to do business with. You make your appointment with them and they reschedule you without letting you know.Customer service is horrible as well. I will not do business with them or Lowe's again.
