I researched numerous companies in the GR area to sand and refinish the hardwood floors in my home and through the quoting process, I came away impressed by Scott’s professionalism and fair price. I ended up going with Floor It and I did not regret my decision. Scott and his crew did an amazing job on our floors, including some larger patches. Scott and his team did an awesome job installing vinyl flooring and tile in my condo. He came over for a consult, took measurements, and got back to me with a quote within a couple days. I provided the flooring myself as I had found some that I liked, but they offer that service if you need some help finding materials! We just wrapped up our flooring project with FloorIt and are very pleased with the results. Scott is both thorough and professional. He outlined the scope of work in his bid and delivered exactly what we hoped for. The entire main floor of our home was a hand-scraped dark-stained hickory that we wanted sanded down and finished with a matte water-based finish. I was impressed with the amount of care and attention to detail that went into each phase of the process. Scott and Joe carefully removed all shoe molding, sanded all surfaces (which was a major major chore), applied three layers of finish, and replaced all molding. Excellent work from start to finish. Our floors from the 1940s had damage from previous pet stains, nail/screw holes, etc. and the finished product exceeded my expectations.
