Floor N Design Remodeling

I completely agree with all the bad reviews about Arbor Floor & Design, especially regarding dishonesty, delays, and terrible workmanship. Owner is very rude and dishonest person; I have every worked with. I paid over $110,000 for a major renovation after being promised “top service” and a strong warranty, but the entire experience was a nightmare. I knew their price was on the higher side, but I accepted it because Tariq repeatedly promised that the higher price meant better service, better quality, and a reliable warranty. All lies. The stair noses started peeling within months—a clear defect Tariq himself acknowledged—yet after 8 failed attempts over more than a year, with wrong sizes, wrong colors, wrong paint, wrong finish, and multiple days I had to take off work, nothing was ever fi

I would highly recommend Arbor Floor N Design! They did our floors throughout our entire house back in April and this review is well overdo. Almost 6 months later and we are still in love with our floors. We did vinyl and Tarig was extremely helpful assisting us picking the right material and the exact color/design we were looking for. The crew was in and out in a timely manner and kept our house clean (as clean as possible) throughout the entire process. Project completed in the timeline quoted and very reasonable pricing and pricing options! Thanks Tarig again and we look forward to more business with Arbor Floor N Design in the future!

Ibrahim helped us prepare our house for sale. He had fantastic ideas that made the best use of our budget and had a variety of professionals he could call on to address the variety of items needed. He was incredibly responsive whether that was items on our punch list that were missed by the contractors or new work we wanted to add to the scope of work. The painters did the interior and exterior and did an incredible job! The flooring including tile and carpet were well done. He also suggested we sand and stain the upstairs floor rather than replace it saving us money and the floor looked like new! We were having a plumber install a new stovetop and discovered the granite was 1/4 inch too small. We had no work done relating to granite, but called Ibrahim and he was able to get a prof

Tariq and his crew did floors and entire kitchen remodel including cabinets, countertops, backsplash and a new hood and a wine bar. He worked within our budget and did great work. We love our new kitchen.

Great work! I highly recommend Arbor flooring. This is not just a flooring/tile store, they were also able to remodel my living room and add the fireplace. Tariq (owner) is a very nice person, flexible and great to work with, workers did a great job too. Very reasonably priced.
