Billy and his team tore up carpeting and linoleum and then installed LVP in our common areas and hallways, and carpeting in the bedrooms. His team did a fantastic job! They arrived on time or early to begin each day and were always friendly and available for questions as this was our first time doing a remodel! We are so happy with the quality of the install and impressed when they'd bring up questions about the transition between rooms/hallways, certainly things we didn't even think about. They were also patient with us when it took us a while to decide on carpeting while remaining realistic about install schedules. Terry and his team did a wonderful job with our luxury vinyl flooring. Terry spent a lot of time up front explaining our options and helping us select the right material for our home. He also helped us navigate some tricky architectural features in our home - a spiral staircase and carpet/wood floors that needed leveling. Terry worked with us to complete our project in two phases so we didn't have to move out of our home, and his installation team was amazing. I bought some pre-finished floor for my house in Novato. I absolutely love the job they did. Blair was wonderful to work with. He guided me through the entire process stress free.
