This company is by far the best. Customer service and quality of products are terrific. We had custom logo mats made 5 years ago and just ordered more. The 5 year old rugs/mats look as if they are new. By far the best! The photo posted is of the mat that is 5 years old and this is located in a heavy foot traffic area.

This company used to be efficient and one that could be counted on. We have been waiting for logo mats. It has been a three month ordeal. Once the mats arrived, they came without the proper lining. Had to be returned to have the lining installed. Then they brought it with lining only on half the mat. It had to be returned again. When they came back it was only with three out of the four mats. We are still waiting for the final one. I don’t know what is going on with this company, but if you need anything within a reasonable amount of time find somebody else.

Floor Safety Solutions has been providing us at Young Israel of Boca Raton with mats and delivery service every other week. They are dependable and enabled our facility to stay clean. We highly recommend them.
