We had the pleasure of working with Veronica Randall to replace the carpet in our new home with laminate. Veronica was able to go to our home and bring samples of what we picked out (with her help) and sent us photos/provided feedback of what would work best with the room. After we selected the flooring and the crew installed (completing 3 rooms in 2 days!) she helped us choose a fantastic material for the bedrooms and we couldn’t be happier! Their pricing was also incredibly reasoning for the material and quality of work.

We walked in without an appointment and Veronica immediately took great care of us. She was very informative, answered all of our questions, and really took the time to explain our options without any pressure. She even allowed us to take samples home so we could see how everything looked in our space, which made a huge difference. My purchase experience with Floor Source was excellent. The sales Lisa and Omar were very helpful. The measuring was done promptly, and the ordering process was smooth. The warehouse notified me when the material arrived and held it until my installer was ready to pick it up. My new floors look great.
